The artichokes are harvested exclusively in the Salento countryside. After being selected with the utmost care, they are preserved with their own stem in extra virgin olive oil. Our processing systems allow the product to remain particularly crunchy while preserving the freshness of its taste.
They can serve as a side dish for any type of second course and are an ideal accompaniment to cold cuts and cheeses. Served as an appetizer with fresh mint leaves, they are a typical dish of Apulian cuisine.
The product must be stored in a dry place away from heat sources.
Once opened, the jar must be closed, kept in the fridge and consumed within 5 days.
