Ingredients: aubergines (65%), extra virgin olive oil, capers, chilli, salt, vinegar, garlic. Acidity regulator: citric acid.
The aubergines, cut into strips according to the Apulian tradition, are preserved in extra virgin olive oil with sliced garlic, capers and chilli that give a fresh and delicious taste. Excellent as a side dish for meats and cheeses, as an appetizer or to make delicious gourmet sandwiches with cold cuts.
The product must be stored in a dry place away from heat sources.
Once opened, the jar must be closed, kept in the fridge and consumed within 5 days.
