Typical Mediterranean wild onion containing “muscarine” as an active ingredient, a substance with a bitter taste, is effective in restoring intestinal balance. The fullness of the typically Mediterranean flavour makes it an excellent seasoning to meats. Served on a serving plate or in earthenware bowls, they give a great effect to a snack along with toast, cheeses and various kinds of cold meats and salami.
The product must be stored in a dry place away from heat sources.
Once opened, the jar must be closed, kept in the fridge and consumed within 5 days.
