Ingredients: Mushrooms (sulphites): 15% Musk (Volvariella volvacea), 15% European Ear (Pleurotusostreatus), 15% Nameko (Pholiotanameko), 15% Shiitake (Lentinusedodes), 5% Field Mushrooms (AgaricusBisporus), extra virgin olive oil, salt, vinegar, garlic, chilli, parsley, citric acid.
A lively choice of firm and perfectly intact mushrooms, disorderly arranged in the jar and covered with extra virgin olive oil. Ideal as a ready-made appetizer or as side dish to grilled meat or to garnish and enrich pizzas and small pieces of toast.
The product must be stored in a dry place away from heat sources.
Once opened, the jar must be closed, kept in the fridge and consumed within 5 days.
