Ingredients: 33% Chicory, 32% beans, extra virgin olive oil, salt, vinegar, chilli, garlic. Acidity regulator: citric acid.
Typical dish of traditional Apulian cuisine: the chicories in this preserve are combined with green beans reviving the flavour of the dish. This combination of different flavours is exquisite both as an appetizer and paired with meats, poultry in particular, and cheeses. The product can be enriched in taste with the addition of typical Apulian peppers, the so-called “friggitelli”.
The product must be stored in a dry place away from heat sources.
Once opened, the jar must be closed, kept in the fridge and consumed within 5 days.
