Description
Ingredients: 65% Artichokes, extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, salt, oregano, chilli. Acidity regulator: citric acid.
The artichokes, 100% Apulian, collected and selected with the utmost care, are processed within 48 hours from harvesting. They are preserved in extra virgin olive oil and flavoured with oregano and chilli pepper which flavour them while leaving their taste unaltered. The wedges, arranged on a serving dish with fresh mint leaves, can be served as a ready-made appetizer or as a side dish to both meat and fish.
The product must be stored in a dry place away from heat sources.
Once opened, the jar must be closed, kept in the fridge and consumed within 5 days.
