A harmonious meeting, typical of Apulian cuisine, between chicory and green beans purée, to be served as a first course alone, or accompanied by diced fried bread. It can also constitute an ideal side dish for fresh cheeses.
The product must be stored in a dry place away from heat sources.
Once opened, the jar must be closed, kept in the fridge and consumed within 5 days.
