Chillies are a feast of colour. They are preserved in extra virgin olive oil with the addition of garlic only. The extra virgin olive oil in this recipe has the dual task of both preserving the peppers and absorbing their flavour, so that it can be used as a condiment to flavour or revive the taste of any dish, from pasta to pizza, giving a spicy and vigorous touch.
The product must be stored in a dry place away from heat sources.
Once opened, the jar must be closed, kept in the fridge and consumed within 5 days.
