The artichokes, harvested exclusively in the Salento countryside, after being selected with the utmost care, hand peeled, cut into quarters and grilled, are preserved in extra virgin olive oil.
Ideal for preparing cold dishes (rice salad, chicken salad). Served on a serving dish with fresh mint, they can be eaten as a side dish to meat dishes, as a ready-to-serve appetizer or as a delicious aperitif accompanied by prosecco wine.
The product must be stored in a dry place away from heat sources.
Once opened, the jar must be closed, kept in the fridge and consumed within 5 days.
