Yellow and red peppers are a feast of colour on the table. Grown in the Salento countryside, they are transformed within 48 hours of harvesting. Selected, cleaned and cut, they are grilled and stored in jars with capers and chopped onion.
They can be eaten as a typical ready-to-serve Apulian appetizer, as a side dish to meats, or to garnish pizzas or savoury pies.
The product must be stored in a dry place away from heat sources.
Once opened, the jar must be closed, kept in the fridge and consumed within 5 days.
