The cloves of garlic are preserved with red chillies and parsley in extra virgin olive oil which in this recipe has the dual task of both preserving the garlic and absorbing its flavour, so that it can be used as a condiment to flavour or revive the taste of any dish from soup to pizza giving them a decisive touch. The product, with a pleasant and crunchy flavour under the teeth, can be served as a tantalizing aperitif.
The product must be stored in a dry place away from heat sources.
Once opened, the jar must be closed, kept in the fridge and consumed within 5 days.
