Ingredients: 62% Capers, water, vinegar (sulphites) 17% salt.
Capers, buds of a typically Mediterranean plant, selected and chosen from among the smallest ones, are appreciated for that particular flavour that gives an extra touch and a characteristic taste to any dish.
The product must be stored in a dry place away from heat sources.
Once opened, the jar must be closed, kept in the fridge and consumed within 5 days.
