Aubergine sauce is a seasoning based on coarsely chopped fresh aubergines, tomato pulp, garlic, chilli and basil. A mixture ready to be poured on freshly drained pasta for a tasty and fresh first course.
The product must be stored in a dry place away from heat sources.
Once opened, the jar must be closed, kept in the fridge and consumed within 5 days.
