Ingredients: 65% Aubergine/Eggplant, extra virgin olive oil, salt, vinegar, garlic, oregano, chilli. Acidity regulator: citric acid.
Grown in the open field in our territory and harvested in summer, the aubergines, cut into slices and grilled, are preserved in extra virgin olive oil.
Their fresh and delicate taste is ideal to accompany grilled meats and platters of aged cheeses. Excellent as an appetizer or snack on slices of toast.
The product must be stored in a dry place away from heat sources.
Once opened, the jar must be closed, kept in the fridge and consumed within 5 days.
