Ingredients: 79%, Garlic (sulphites), extra virgin olive oil, olives, capers, salt, vinegar, chilli. Acidity regulator: citric acid.
A garlic-based mixture, with the combination of capers and whole pitted leccino olives, keeps its full colour. It matches small pieces of fresh or toasted bread but can serve as an garnish to grilled meat and fish as well.
The product must be stored in a dry place away from heat sources.
Once opened, the jar must be closed, kept in the fridge and consumed within 5 days.
