An old recipe that preserves both the flavour and scent of traditional Apulian cuisine: the sour taste of the balsamic vinegar, delicately mixed with the sweet sugar, give the mixture that particular taste of Mediterranean dishes. On a simple slice of bread, it becomes a delicious bite. It is an ideal ingredient for the preparation of focaccias, pizzas, pasties together with olives and capers. Excellent for flavouring a tomato sauce, a peperonata or any savory pie.
The product must be stored in a dry place away from heat sources.
Once opened, the jar must be closed, kept in the fridge and consumed within 5 days.
