Ingredients: 60% turnip tops, green beans, extra virgin olive oil, onion, chilli, lemon juice (sulphites), vinegar and citric acid.
The turnip tops, symbol of Apulia and its gastronomic history, are shredded, sautéed over low flame with oil, chilli pepper and chopped onion, according to tradition. Combined with freshly drained orecchiette, it is one of the most popular first courses of the Apulian tradition.
The product must be stored in a dry place away from heat sources.
Once opened, the jar must be closed, kept in the fridge and consumed within 5 days.
