Ingredients: 81% Turnip Tops, extra virgin olive oil, white wine, onion, salt, vinegar, chilli. Acidity regulator: citric acid.
A ready-made dish, typical of the Apulian cuisine, is enclosed in a small glass vase. The turnip tops are sautéed over low flame, according to tradition, with oil, chilli and chopped onion. The result is intended to enhance the dishes it serves as a side dish (meat, cheeses) to, or to accompany pasta for lunch. Combined with freshly drained orecchiette, it is one of the most popular first courses of the Apulian tradition.
The product must be stored in a dry place away from heat sources.
Once opened, the jar must be closed, kept in the fridge and consumed within 5 days.
