Ingredients.: 65% Champignon Mushrooms (Agaricus Bisporus), extra virgin olive oil, salt, vinegar, garlic, parsley, black pepper. Acidity regulator: citric acid.
The champignon mushrooms, grown exclusively in Italy, are selected with the utmost care. After being grilled, they are stored whole or in pieces in extra virgin olive oil and seasoned with parsley, black pepper and garlic.
They can be served as a ready-to-eat appetizer, as a side dish to roast meats, to garnish pizzas and small pieces of toast. Particularly delicate combined with various kinds of cold meats and salami and cheeses.
The product must be stored in a dry place away from heat sources.
Once opened, the jar must be closed, kept in the fridge and consumed within 5 days.
