Ingredients: 73.7% Diced Tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, 10% aubergines, salt, basil, garlic. Acidity regulator: citric acid.
Pieces of aubergine, skillfully combined with pieces of tomatoes, are slowly cooked in order to leave the flavours of summer intact. It can be served on toasted bread and friselle, on small pieces of bread as an appetizer, or as a condiment for pasta, pizzas and focaccias.
The product must be stored in a dry place away from heat sources.
Once opened, the jar must be closed, kept in the fridge and consumed within 5 days.
