Ingredients: 76% tomato pulp, extra virgin olive oil, 6% “leccino” olives, capers, salt, garlic, chilli and citric acid.
A simple and immediate first course consisting of strictly Italian tomato pulp, pitted “leccino” olives and capers. Delicious dressing for short pasta with the typical flavour of Salento cuisine.
The product must be stored in a dry place away from heat sources.
Once opened, the jar must be closed, kept in the fridge and consumed within 5 days.
