Description
Ingredients: 64% Yellow Peppers, extra virgin olive oil, pitted Leccino olives, capers, salt, vinegar, garlic. Acidity regulator: citric acid.
A pleasant-coloured and delicate-flavoured mixture, based on yellow peppers made with a careful dosage of seasoning and the addition of pitted Leccino olives and “capperini” (very small capers), with its slightly spicy flavour, has a texture that is surely felt under the teeth. It is an ideal accompaniment to mixed roasts or boiled meats. It can also be served as an appetizer or snack together with small pieces of fresh or toasted bread or as a condiment for pasta or pizzas.
The product must be stored in a dry place away from heat sources.
Once opened, the jar must be closed, kept in the fridge and consumed within 5 days.
