Description
Ingredients: 72% tomato pulp, extra virgin olive oil, 9% Champignon mushrooms (Psaliota bispora), 5% Pleurotus (Ostreautus), garlic, chilli, parsley, salt and citric acid.
A seasoning based on a mix of freshly processed mushrooms, coarsely chopped and mixed with 100% Italian tomato pulp. Ready to pour over freshly drained pasta and pan-fry for a few minutes.
The product must be stored in a dry place away from heat sources.
Once opened, the jar must be closed, kept in the fridge and consumed within 5 days.
