Ingredients: 22% Courgettes, 22% Peppers, 21% Aubergines, olive oil, vinegar, salt, garlic, chilli. Acidity regulator: citric acid.
An assortment of typical Apulian vegetables (aubergines, peppers and courgettes) cut into pieces and arranged in a disorderly manner in the jar and preserved in extra virgin olive oil.
This mixed grill is excellent both as a ready cold appetizer and as a colourful side dish for main courses.
The product must be stored in a dry place away from heat sources.
Once opened, the jar must be closed, kept in the fridge and consumed within 5 days.
