Extra virgin olive oil is the perfect complement to the succulent Apulian “leccino” olives, combined with garlic and chilli. They can be served as appetizers, added to mixed salads, to simply garnish pizzas, focaccias or pasta sauce. In this recipe, the flavoured and fragrant oil can be used for cooking or for dressing salads.
The product must be stored in a dry place away from heat sources.
Once opened, the jar must be closed, kept in the fridge and consumed within 5 days.
