Description
Ingredients: 50% Hot Peppers, extra virgin olive oil, artichokes, dried tomatoes, aubergines, grilled champignon mushrooms, capers, basil, salt, garlic. Acidity regulator: citric acid.
A spicy colourful and strong-flavoured shredded mixture, with a texture that is felt under the teeth, is destined to enhance any course it serves as a side dish to. Delicious with fresh cheese or on small pieces of bread, as an appetizer or snack. Excellent in sandwiches, but also in meat loafs to which it gives a particular spicy flavour. It can also be used as a topping for pasta for lunch or to garnish pizzas.
The product must be stored in a dry place away from heat sources.
Once opened, the jar must be closed, kept in the fridge and consumed within 5 days.
