Acidity regulator: citric acid.<br \/>\nExtra virgin olive oil is the perfect complement to the succulent super Mammouth &#8220;crushed&#8221; olives combined with garlic and chilli. They can be served as appetizers, added to mixed salads, to simply garnish pizzas, focaccias.
